I will be reading and re reading contemporary antitrust decisions. I will be sharing my notes and my questions. What are the thoughts and ideas that the authors are trying to convey? What is the context? I will be writing about how the legal culture is currently reading business models and practices as a part of an attempt to synthesize the ideas communicated by each authority with their decisions.
Why do a particular authority sees a practice or behavior as anti-competitive? Which is the analysis that justifies calling out the potential risks and harms of a business model or practice? What did they find? What is the debate?
The keywords of my intentions here are: transparency, democracy and understanding.
I will also share some of the videos, articles and books I find interesting. (I will write both in english and Spanish!)
